I absolutely love this treadmill! After many years with nordic track and a long discussion, I was persuaded and don't think I will ever go back! This treadmill is smooth and quiet. It has great programs and the screen really makes you feel like you are in the scenery. Couldn't be happier with my purchase, the customer service and the miles I've already put on!

I was looking for a commercial grade treadmill that would last me for years. While I have only had it for weeks, it has allowed me to build up my cardio and work toward outdoor running when the weather breaks. I also needed something that my wife would use as I encourage her to get her cardio in as well. Using iFit on the Matrix T75 is an amazing experience. The Matrix adjusts very quickly to the terrain changes during iFit instruction. Very comfortable belt and very quiet! I spent more money that I had planned but when it comes to exercise and more importantly, health, the investment is well worth it.

It just works. and that is saying something. After purchasing a Nordictrack where I had to replace the control board (twice), the motor, the incline motor, the platform, and the frame all in the first year. The T75 has been a slice of heaven. It runs smooth, with no slippage of the belt. This treadmill, combined with iFit is a great combination! I have had no issues at all with the T-75. I have over 400 miles on it and other than lubing the belt at 300 miles I have done nothing but wipe up the sweat and lose the pounds. I highly recommend! I am bigger than most runners, I started at 285 and now 240, so it can take a pounding and comes back for more every time. I have run as much as 20 miles at a time and again no issues whatsoever.

I picked Matrix because they were my favorite type of treadmill when I had a gym membership. That has held true with this home treadmill; I really like the quality and feel of it, much more solid than other people's personal treadmills I've used. I LOVE the virtual active program; being able to "run outside" on a treadmill is the main reason I bought the upgraded console, and it has been worth the extra money. The one downside is that it only comes with an hour of programming...really would have appreciated more variety, I've seen the same things 50 times by now and I know eventually it will get old. The other treadmill programs are pretty standard, with the addition of the sprint 8 program which is nice for variety. My only criticism and disappointment is the function of console - the touchscreen is not very sensitive and sometimes doesn't respond well (disappointing since there is much better touchscreen technology out there) and it is VERY glitchy. I was having constant trouble with the virtual active program freezing and having to repeatedly restart the console; I called the place I bought it from, got great customer service and they came out to update the console, but it didn't fix the problem. I finally realized I just have to shut it off EVERY time I'm done using it, then restart and remove/replace the safety mechanism every time I want to use it. I typically use it 2-3 times per week so it's not infrequent use that causes whatever glitch happens if you leave the machine on. Can't help but wonder if I could have done better with another machine's console...but otherwise I love the treadmill and when the virtual active does work, it is great!
