Forbes Names Johnson Health Tech on World's Best Employers List for Second Year Running
Johnson Health Tech has been named on Forbes Magazine's World's Best Employers list for the second year in a row. The Taiwan-based manufacturer and distributor of such fitness brands as Matrix, Horizon, and Vision, as well as wellness brands Fujiiryoki and Synca, landed the list's 637th spot.
To create the list, now in its fifth year, Forbes partnered with Statista to survey 150,000 full- and part-time workers from 58 countries during June and July of this year. Participants were asked if they were willing to recommend their employers to friends or family; and to rate their employer's image, talent development, and social responsibility, among other criteria. The list recognizes 750 multinational and large corporations.
"The pandemic introduced many complexities into the global marketplace in the last year, and all companies have had to pivot repeatedly," said Jason Lo, CEP of Johnson Health Tech Co. Ltd. "But despite the challenges, we put our priority on our employees. Our people are part of the Johnson family and, by supporting them, they have delivered unique solutions and an outstanding level of support to our customers during these uncertain times. We are humbled to once again be recognized on this prestigious list. It validates that, together, we will emerge from this pandemic stronger than ever."
